Very proud to have been selected to supply the branding on this fantastic project. Great designs and great clients make for incredible spaces.
Like many workplaces after Covid, The Ohio Hospital Association went through a variety of challenges in finding their new office normal. They had a buzzing 30,000SF office space pre-pandemic, which sat underutilized for months after 2020. We worked with OHA to strategize several solutions, starting with conducting programming sessions for each of their teams. As WFH evolved, so too did these programming sessions. After several years of evolving strategies and design, OHA found a new home in 10,000SF at 65 E State St downtown, right by the State House. They wanted their space to reflect who they want to be, and offer a cool haven for those who would return to the office. We built in plenty of hoteling and flex spaces for those who came in less frequently, as well as an upbeat working cafe so their team could move around throughout the day. OHA made other operational changes, such as moving from a monumental, manned reception desk to an iPad check-in system between 2 secure entries. Overall, OHA was a lovely client to work with: open-minded, attuned to their employee's desires, and willing to deliver them the space they deserve!
