Presented this last weekend at AAPL's 15th annual conference, this award highlights an individual that has accomplished outstanding growth within their company over the past year. Ken’s ability to champion CV3’s capital markets division and earn the confidence of the secondary markets was vital to the Company’s successful launch in 2023. Today, Ken is responsible for day-to-day pricing of a $300M+ pipeline while managing daily financing, loan sales and aggregation of CV3’s entire loan volume. 🌟 Our November Member Spotlight shines on William J. Tessar, President and CEO at CV3 Financial Services! As a longtime friend and AAPL member, William J. Tessar is no stranger to the private lending industry. He’s built and led two successful mortgage origination companies that contributed to over $40 billion in residential funding. Tessar tackles the challenges that come with the titles of President and CEO, but with his people-first mindset and leadership, he has helped shape not only his company’s success but also the careers of those around him. Tessar shared one of his favorite quotes from his dad with us: “Be careful who you flip off on the 405. It could be your next appointment.” (Solid advice, if you ask us!) What you may not know is that Tessar's father was an appliance repairman, and as Tessar recalls, "He would say, 'Money doesn’t buy happiness... but it puts a good down payment on it!'"
