Central Living by David Weekley Homes, the high-density division of David Weekley Homes offering luxury living in prime locations, will soon begin building townhomes in Central Living at Craig in Cotswold near uptown Charlotte, NC. Priced from the mid $400s, a total of 73 three-story townhomes are coming soon. The builder will offer three floor plan options, ranging in size from 1,384 to 1,948 square feet of living space with two to three bedrooms, two to three full baths, up to one half bath and one- to two-car garages. Residents in Central Living at Craig will have convenient access to Cotswold Village Shops, SouthPark mall, The Village at SouthPark, restaurants and parks.
