Your Borrowers Can Get A HELOC On Second Homes With Deephaven Mortgage! Check out our new HELOC product: https://lnkd.in/eyvZs9Sm and then send us your scenarios. Scenario: Our borrower purchased a second home 8 months ago. They utilized their investment accounts for the purchase due to multiple offers being presented. The total investment in their second home was $570,000. Our borrower would like to replenish their investment accounts. They have a 755 FICO and a 49% debt to income ratio. The borrower wants a HELOC to ensure if any other borrowing needs arise, they will easily have access to funds without touching their investments. Non-QM Solution: Deephaven’s Equity Advantage HELOC product allowed the borrower to obtain a line of credit at a 70% CLTV on their second home. The easy online application and income verification process was completed quickly. They decided on a 30-year term with the ability to draw on the line for a 5-year period.
