Del Sol Medical Center is the only full service, acute-care hospital in east El Paso, Texas, with a Level II trauma designation. This facility has 300+ patient beds and offers a range of services that include emergency care, cardiac care, women’s services with a Level III NICU, rehabilitation, a bariatric clinic, and a Minimally Invasive Surgery Center. Creating Happiness, One Pledge at a Time! We are so proud of our Las Palmas Del Sol Healthcare colleagues who answered phones and took pledges during the 31st Annual Happiness Happens Here Telethon in support of the Humane Society of El Paso (HSEP). Thanks to the incredible generosity of the El Paso community, over $125,000 was raised to help fund essential services and care for homeless pets. As a donation-run shelter, these funds are truly transformative for the HSEP, and the impact was immediate—34 dogs and cats found their forever homes in the days following the telethon! Finding forever homes for pets is why #WeShowUp and volunteer: to see these beautiful animals given a second chance at happiness.
