Our CEO Michael Lohan and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment Peter Burke today met with leading medical device company Dexcom, as part of this week’s #TradeMission to the US West Coast. Engaging discussions focused on the company's new investment in Ireland and the development of local stakeholder partnerships. Earlier this year, Dexcom officially broke ground on its new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in #Athenry, Co. Galway, which will bring over 1,000 jobs to the area over the next five years. This project represents one of the largest single private sector investments ever in the West of Ireland. Retta is taking on a new role: Raising awareness for glucose health. 👏 In 2023, actress Retta was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes after a routine visit to her doctor. Faced with a new reality, she quickly had to learn how to better manage her glucose health.
