New European legislation is creating pathways for more disability inclusive workplaces. Set to take effect in 2025, the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (#CSRD) will require companies in the EU to publicly recognize a variety of standards which enhance workplace inclusivity. This includes the contributions of people with disabilities as employees and consumers, disability inclusion programs, and workforce data.
