As we honor Veterans Day, I find myself reflecting on the foundational experiences that have shaped who I am today. During my time at West Point, I learned the values of leadership, discipline, and perseverance. These lessons served me well during my almost eight years as an Army aviator, where I flew helicopters on active duty. The military instilled in me a sense of purpose and resilience that I carry into my role as Chief Customer Officer. Every challenge I faced during my time in the Army informs my approach to business, whether it's leading my team through any obstacle or mitigating risk on a daily basis. Today, and every day, I honor my fellow veterans and express my gratitude to those who have served. Let's continue to build connections and share our unique journeys as we pave the way for future leaders!
