Starting this month, anyone under 18 will automatically have accounts with built-in protections. Teens under 16 will need a parent’s permission to make any changes to these protections. Here’s what’s new: 🔒 Private Accounts: Teens must approve new followers, and only followers can see their content. 📩 Messaging Restrictions: Teens can only receive messages from people they follow or are already connected with. ⚠️ Sensitive Content Control: Teens will be in the most restrictive setting, limiting exposure to sensitive content. 🔕 Limited Interactions: Teens can only be tagged or mentioned by people they follow. Parents can relax knowing their teens are safer online, while teens can enjoy a positive and secure environment.
