At ETS, Veterans Day is more than a moment, it’s a tribute to the values that shape transformative leaders. 🎖️ Our V-ETS Business Resource Group(BRG) is on a mission to support and empower veteran employees by fostering a sense of community, providing resources and opportunities for personal and professional growth, and advocating for the unique needs and perspectives for veterans at ETS. In celebration of Veterans Day this year, the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging and V-ETS welcomed retired Lt. Col. Edwin ‘Dex’ McCain, a decorated 30-year veteran spending 3 years in the Army Reserve before active duty in the Air Force for 27 years, whose achievements, including the Bronze Star and Meritorious Service Medal, exemplify dedication, integrity, and selflessness. His powerful message on service inspired us all, reminding us of the strength these core values bring to our mission. Our week concluded with a special luncheon, uniting ETS leaders Amit Sevak, Michelle Froah, Sharon Strauss, and Rick Sinkfield with our very own veterans to reflect on the qualities that veterans bring to our workplace. Together, we’re building a culture of impact and progress, driven by leaders who are committed to shaping a brighter future every day. 👂Listen to the inspiring message from Lt. Col. Edwin ‘Dex’ McCain, where he shares powerful insights on leadership and the impact great leaders can have across industries. 📲 Share this message as a beacon of encouragement and resilience for leaders everywhere.#Leadership #Veterans #Inclusion - ☀️ Join ETS at the ACSA Leadership Summit in San Diego! ☀️ From November 14-16, the Association of California School Administrators (ACSA) Leadership Summit brings together visionary education leaders to drive innovation, tackle today’s challenges, and shape the future of education leadership.
