We launched eTail in 1999, and have been dedicated to supporting the growth of the retail industry ever since. What started off as 100 people in a room discussing where this sector is headed, has lead to 2000 senior-level eCommerce executives being inspired whilst learning and developing their company as well as their careers.

Day 2 at eTail™ did not disappoint! My top two takeaways: 👉Johnny Russo from L’amour shared a point that really caught my attention during his keynote: Who tells the best stories of your brand? The answer is simple—customers! UGC is 9x more impactful than influencer content and 3x more authentic than brand-created content. 👉 The Women in Retail Retreat was truly inspiring. Being surrounded by incredible women sharing their experiences left me feeling grateful for these empowering moments.#eTailToronto #WomenInRetail
What an amazing 2 days at #eTailToronto! The energy was incredible as we explored everything from the power of brand storytelling to the impact of #AI on #eCommerce. What an inspiring Day 1 at eTail™ A big thank you to all the brilliant speakers who shared their valuable insights today—definitely a lot to take back and reflect on. Some standout moments for me: - Elara Verret from Reitmans on empowering teams: "It's not just about looking at data, but putting ourselves in the shoes of our customers to truly enhance the human-centric experience." I loved how she reminded us of the 80/20 rule: plan 100%, but expect that 80% will shift, leaving 20% for reaction – so relevant! - Larissa Wasyliw from REN’s Pets shared fantastic strategies on loyalty programs and personalization, even sending emails directed to pets! 🐾 As someone working in the pet industry, this really resonated with me. - Chris Frericks from One Day Rail emphasized the importance of taking control of same-day delivery, highlighting the pendulum swing back to retailer control. - Corinne Lalonde from SAQ reminded me of the importance of keeping an innovative and outside-of-the-box mindset.
