Seven million journeys. Countless Memories. One incredible milestone. And it’s all thanks to YOU, our amazing passengers! ONT set a new record in 2024 as we welcomed nearly 7.1 million passengers. That’s a 10.2% jump from 2023, a 27% spike from 2019’s pre-pandemic levels and a whopping 67% increase since 2016, when ONT was transferred to local control from the city of Los Angeles. December passenger volume alone grew by nearly 10%, which marks the 46th straight month of year-over-year increases. Air cargo volumes also continued to increase, reflecting ONT’s status as one of the top 10 biggest cargo hubs in the nation.
