Only 3% of HR teams have adopted generative AI – are they missing an opportunity to better support their people? I believe so. We’ve embraced AI across Fortive and empowered our people to build technical expertise with an ever-evolving toolkit. Our strong adoption rate tells us our teams are eager to engage with this technology and want to use it to get to solutions faster. HR tools and systems are no exception. For example, we know complicated HR questions are best resolved by our people. Strategic AI tooling allows us to give more attention to complex requests, while resolving simple questions quickly and efficiently. We’re just getting started and I’m excited to see this continue to improve our employee experience and our capacity to serve our team and businesses. This is just one use-case; I believe we’ll see many more ways to embed AI into our systems in service of our teams in the future. Sometimes, a change of scenery is all it takes to unleash your creativity. 💡 Just ask our amazing teams who competed in our recent Innovation Sprint Week at Pioneer Square Labs. Three Tektronix teams, with support from other Fortive participants, took on the challenge of building a brand-new startup in just one week! Reflecting on the experience, Brian Gunter shared, "It's so easy in our day-to-day to get stuck thinking within a specific ecosystem and environment."
