I am searching for a Director of Fixed Operations | Corporate Fun Town RV. This position comes with some caveat and non negotiables: 1. Must move or live in DFW. Postion is based out of Fort Worth, TX 2. Must have multi-unit "enterprise level" experience in Service, Parts, and Warranty Operations. 3. Attn: Fixed Operations Gods! Funtown RV is looking for a Director of Fixed Operations to help handle our exciting growth. The Director of Fixed Operations, will be responsible for the oversight and management of the Service, Parts, and Warranty departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of multi unit experience in fixed RV operations, parts, and warranty administration. Additionally, expertise in business process optimization, people development, engagement, policy and instructional design, new program development, and operational training is essential for success in this role.
