- Earlier this month we hosted our 21st annual shopping spree in partnership with GLIDEsf, welcoming 100 young shoppers from GLIDE’s Youth and Family Services programs to our Colma, CA store. Shoppers received a $100 Old Navy gift card and were partnered with an Old Navy employee volunteer as a shopping “buddy” to help them check off their wish lists! A big thank you to the Store Ops and Experience teams and the SF Stores District who make this cheerful event possible year over year!

Merry vibes and fa-la-la-fabulous looks for all! This past weekend, we invited Jennifer Hudson and the Boys and Girls Club of Harlem to our NYC Times Square flagship location to kick off the holiday season alongside Old Navy customers. Channeling the winter wonderland from our latest campaign, this surprise-and-delight event was one way we're saying 'thank you' for shopping with Old Navy this holiday season. Thanks to Old Navy our Youth of the Year were feeling confident at their celebration. These young leaders visited Yorkdale for a shopping spree with gift cards provided by Old Navy! #OpportunityChangesEverythingKeep an eye out on our channels to find out who will be named BGC Canada’s National #YoutoftheYearCA! 👀 - Our partnerships with organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs of America are what enable and mobilize our youth-focused opportunity program This Way ONward. Together, we're able to offer experiences that support workforce readiness and pathways to first jobs. 75% of BGCA teens have held part-time jobs in the past year, with 40% crediting their local club for finding the opportunity. And our own data shows that This Way ONward participants exhibit longer job tenures and higher engagement scores than their peers at Old Navy. - At Old Navy, we're bridging the opportunity gap through our This Way ONward program, working together with community partners like the Boys & Girls Clubs of America to pave the way to employment and financial stability for participants. Through our This Way ONward partnership with Old Navy, Boys & Girls Clubs are helping teens take their first steps into the workforce by providing job readiness training, exposure to retail careers, and the opportunity to apply for part-time and seasonal roles at local Old Navy stores. This program focuses on empowering teens who may have never held a job before. By building confidence, gaining valuable skills, and preparing for future opportunities, This Way ONward is improving job access and helping teens invest their earnings toward significant milestones, like college or other personal goals. Together with Old Navy, we’re committed to giving youth the tools to succeed and shaping the leaders of tomorrow, in support of Old Navy's goal to reach 20,000 youth by 2025. 🌟💼 Learn more: https://bit.ly/3YWYT8Q - Gap Inc.'s annual Volunteer Rally wrapped up last month and Old Navy teams logged over 30,000 volunteer hours with over 9,000 Old Navy employees volunteering, beating our rally numbers from last year! As part of this year's rally, Old Navy teams also sponsored five Glide Memorial Church Daily Free Meals programs throughout the month of October, serving food, bussing tables, and handing out silverware to provide nutritious meals to the San Francisco community. Thank you to all employees across stores and HQ who volunteered their time and demonstrated what it looks like to bridge gaps in communities around the world

This week TIME launched their inaugural list of the World's Best Brands in partnership with Statista, aiming to provide an unfiltered view of how customers perceive and interact with brands.
