We are thrilled to welcome Timothy Gurba as Caribou's new Chief Financial Officer! Tim embodies Caribou’s “Make the Assist” value with over 20 years of experience in finance, operations, and strategy, helping grow and transform businesses. As the former CFO of Rhino, a pioneer in security deposit insurance, and leader of all Finance functions at Ibotta, Tim has successfully executed paths to profitability and public company readiness. Tim began his career at Accenture, where he held various strategy, corporate finance, and development roles globally. He holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and degrees in Finance and Chinese from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
