Catherine has extensive experience in fostering positive workplace culture and executing effective people strategies across the utilities, energy, and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, Catherine worked at Tillamook County Creamery Association, supporting its US expansion, building out the people and culture team, reporting and strategies primarily for the manufacturing and supply chain operations. Catherine also worked in people operations at Avangrid, a large sustainable energy company, where she helped lead change initiatives, manage employee relations and shape company policies. Catherine holds an MBA from George Fox University and a BS in Criminology from Portland State University and enjoys undertaking professional development opportunities in her downtime.
