Late last week, the FBI itself issued a statement warning that malicious actors are using generative AI to impersonate senior or former agents in an effort to obtain confidential information and sensitive data. 🕵️ Cybercriminals are leveraging AI to refine their scams and interact more convincingly with victims. Many of the targets are current or former officials in the U.S. federal or state government. These attackers typically start by building a relationship through social engineering, then send a link claiming it's needed to move the conversation to another messaging platform. In some cases, this “alternative platform” is actually a site controlled by cybercriminals, designed to steal login credentials like usernames and passwords. The FBI has long been a target of online attacks, and since last year, it has been issuing warnings about the growing use of AI to attempt unauthorized access to sensitive information. More than ever, artificial intelligence is being used to power increasingly convincing, and often silent, scams. The line between real and fake is getting blurrier by the day, and trust, when misplaced, can open the door to serious damage. ⚠️ That’s why you need to be extra careful. Never share your data or passwords, even if it seems to be with someone trustworthy. After all, even when we share this information with trusted people, there’s always a risk. Each student takes classes with an AI that acts as a personal tutor. Based on individual performance, the system creates a custom study plan, suggesting content and exercises in real time. And the results? Student performance improved! Alpha School students ranked among the top 2% in the United States. And this trend isn’t limited to the U.S! Countries like the United Arab Emirates and China are also bringing AI into education. But what about you, Ranger? It’s like everything makes more sense, right? 😌 As psychology has shown, recognition plays a key role in motivation: it reinforces positive behaviors, increases engagement, and strengthens the company culture. 📌 Remember: more engaged employees are more open to learning new things and genuinely caring about the company’s security, helping to identify risks and spreading the message to colleagues in a natural and proactive way. After all, we all want to be recognized when we put effort into something, don’t we? Recognition should also be present when giving feedback. With a friendlier approach, highlighting both mistakes and successes along with possible improvements, the employee will better understand where they went wrong and what they could have done differently. This way, they’ll feel less anxious and “criticized” and more motivated to improve and not make the same mistake again.
