Harry’s Inc. is building a modern CPG company by putting people first and delivering against real unmet consumer needs. The company’s flagship brand - Harry’s - was founded by Jeff Raider and Andy Katz-Mayfield in 2013. After successfully launching and scaling Harry’s, Jeff and Andy saw an opportunity to bring their experience building Harry’s to other CPG categories where the consumer has also been historically underserved. Harry’s Inc. has grown significantly over the last ten years, and is now made up of four brands - Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando - and Harry’s Labs, the company’s M&A engine. The company employs more than 900 people across the U.S., U.K. and Germany, and is the largest CPG company built in the last 20 years. At Harry’s Inc, our mission is to Create Things People Like More — whether it's a product, an experience, or an internal tool, we believe in making the things around us better for our customers, and our team. Our mission extends beyond customers and team, to the community broadly. We believe that the best business models make a positive impact. So, we set aside 1% of sales across Harry’s, Flamingo, and Lume to support our social mission, including through donations to our nonprofit partners. At the end of the day, the key to our success is our amazing people. From chemists, mechanical engineers, CX associates, to creative directors, sourcing managers, and logistics specialists, the Harry’s team is composed of some of the most brilliant, diverse, and humble people you’ll ever meet. - Today is World Mental Health Day and we are so excited to have Harry's featured at the Nasdaq MarketSite in Times Square in celebration. As one of the small handful of companies featured, we got the chance to highlight two of our team members—Co-Founder and Co-CEO Jeffrey Raider and Director of Social Impact Maggie Hureau—for their continued dedication to our social mission. What an honor to see Harry's and the impact we've made alongside our incredible nonprofit partners in bringing quality mental health care to over 2 million men and counting spotlighted in such a big way (literally, it's huge)!

Happy Pride from Harry’s! This June, we’re teaming up with our friends at The Trevor Project, the leading organization working to end suicide among LGBTQ+ youth, for a month of storytelling and learning around mental health. Each week on our Instagram, we'll be sharing personal letters written by people to their younger selves, as well as helpful insights and care resources. As part of our longtime support of The Trevor Project, we’re donating 400,000in2024,bringingourtotalcontributiontomorethan400,000 in 2024, bringing our total contribution to more than 400,000in2024,bringingourtotalcontributiontomorethan2.1 million to date. This fuels our year-round partnership, which helps organization continue to expand and improve crisis services, as well as grow awareness among marginalized communities. Together over the last 5 years, we’ve been able to connect nearly 1 million LGBTQ+ youth to life saving care. - We got a head start on #NationalVolunteeringWeek with our very own 3rd annual See the Person, Serve the People Week of Global Service! We worked alongside amazing organizations like The Trevor Project, Hudson River Park Trust, Gladys Love Project, and The Door - A Center of Alternatives, donating 600+ hours of our team’s time to making an impact in the communities we live and work in. This was our biggest year yet! To name a few highlights: we researched suicide-prevention policies across dozens of schools to support LGBTQ youth advocacy, pulled dozens of bags of invasive plants from our park ecosystems, wrote hundreds of letters to elders reminding them they are appreciated, and assembled 1.2k razor-care packages.

- As part of Harry’s social mission, we’ve been working towards a goal to bring quality mental health care to 1.5 million men by 2024. We’re excited to share that thanks to our incredible nonprofit partners, team, and customers we’ve been able to surpass our target and reach over 2 million men to date. To celebrate this milestone and show our appreciation for our community, we took to Instagram to share some of the biggest takeaways on mental health that we’ve gathered over the years, plus some helpful resources from our partners.
