Heartland Veterinary Partners is a support organization that is committed to improving the lives of veterinarians. We purchase veterinary practices and provide operational support to relieve administrative burdens such as payroll, recruiting, HR, marketing and accounts payables. If needed, we invest to support growth. The practices maintain their unique branding, culture and clinical autonomy. At Heartland, we believe that selling a veterinary practice shouldn’t mean losing what makes it remarkable. When we acquire a practice, the doctor comes first. We listen closely to their needs in order to create a one-of-a-kind solution to ease their administrative burdens—all without disrupting their day-to-day operations, the culture they’ve fostered, and the relationships they’ve built. In other words, the name over the door doesn’t go away. The headaches of running a business do. Partnering veterinarians appreciate an improved work-life balance, less financial worry, and the confidence that their teams will be in good hands. Best of all, they get to focus on why they entered the business in the first place: to care for animals and to be present when their clients need them most. This week, we were delighted to welcome an intimate group of Heartland Managing DVMs to Chicago for a GROW workshop. For two days, these dedicated leaders heard about resources from Support Center team leaders, dove into powerful group discussions, and exchanged ideas and experiences to shape the future of their practices. They also worked in some camaraderie and fun while honing their bowling skills. We explored emotional intelligence and self-awareness and took deep dives into individual leadership styles. From coaching and feedback to understanding practice financials, every session was a steppingstone towards building a vision of success. We are so proud of the growth, collaboration, and leadership that came out of this event. The future looks incredibly bright for each practice, and we can’t wait to see the plans they’ve crafted unfold in the months ahead. #HeartlandGROW #LeadershipInAction #VeterinaryLeaders #PracticeGrowth #DVM - We were thrilled to host a group of "fresh out of vet school" doctors last week in St. Louis for our annual New Grad Retreat. Oh, what a time we had! These DVMs came from near and far to spend a few days getting to know each other and to start their career off on the right foot. We honed clinical skills and communication skills. We laughed and bonded. And even took in a Cardinals game. This year’s new grad cohort is beyond inspiring, and we know their futures will be epic!

So excited to announce that I am the newest Ambassador for Heartland Veterinary Partners. Dr. Robinson has encouraged me since before my veterinary school journey started. I am so thankful to be able to represent this amazing corporation! Thank you Jada and Dr. Brandy for coming to the 3rd Annual University of Arizona CVM Career fair! Following the fair Heartland sponsored a wonderful dinner at Terraza Garden Patio & Lounge! Stay tuned for all the partnerships and events comming soon ! - In recognition of May being Mental Health Awareness Month, Heartland teams spent the month participating in Move for Mental Wellness. This is an annual initiative highlighting the positive impact of physical activity on mental health. Throughout last month, team members pledged to boost their wellness routines and shared their progress through photos. From morning stretches and lunchtime walks to yoga, gardening, fishing, and extra strolls with their pets, the Heartland team excelled in this challenge. We are deeply grateful for everyone's enthusiastic participation and dedication to promoting mental well-being.
