This recognition follows a landmark year for the company, marked by its largest acquisition to date – Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club – and three additional acquisitions, expanding the portfolio to 37 properties in just four years. Significant capital investments have also been made at numerous clubs across the portfolio to continuously enhance the Member experience. Inverness Country Club, located in Birmingham, Alabama, underwent a comprehensive renovation shortly after its acquisition by Heritage in 2023. The private club, home to an 18-hole championship course, now features a refreshed member dining room, a modernized grill, and a full-service patio with ample seating and a firepit overlooking the 18th hole. Additional improvements were made to the practice facility and fitness center. These photos capture the incredible journey of this renovation, marking a new era for Inverness Country Club

Earlier this month, our Executive and Business Development teams attended the annual Golf Inc. summit held on Hilton Head Island. It was a fantastic opportunity to network, discuss industry trends, and exchange insights. Chief Revenue Officer, Andy Miller, started the week off strong with a Hole-in-One during the opening golf outing at our very own Port Royal Golf & Racquet Club!
