Honoring Our Veterans: A Special Tribute this Memorial Day As we prepare to commemorate Memorial Day, it feels fitting to set aside the barbecue for a moment and extend our gratitude to all veterans who have served our country, as well as those who continue to serve today. At High Bridge Consulting, we consider it both an honor and a privilege to engage with candidates and clients who have served in the military. To each and every one of you, we offer a heartfelt thank you for your dedication, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to our nation. For me personally, this gratitude holds a deeper significance. Growing up on Naval bases across India, I had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the dedication and sacrifice of our servicemen and their families. My father, a retired submariner from the Indian Navy, instilled in me the values of service and duty that continue to guide me to this day. As my father now battles frail health, I take this opportunity to extend a heartfelt thank you to him and all his comrades in the Navy. As submariners, their motto, "Run Silent Run Deep," reflects not only their operational ethos but also their humility and dedication to service. It's a motto that resonates with us at High Bridge Consulting, as we strive to approach our work with a similar sense of focus and dedication. While we often keep a low profile, like a submarine beneath the waves, today we raise the periscope to express our gratitude to all veterans. Your service and sacrifice have not gone unnoticed, and we are forever grateful for your contributions to our nations. In honor of Memorial Day, we share a few snapshots of my father and his fellow Naval officers, a small token of our appreciation for their service and sacrifice.
