Sammy Santiago has been an integral part of our team for 23 years, playing a pivotal role in our maintenance department. In his role, he manages High Concrete Group's frame shipping, frame inspection, and trailer setup. He also assists with screening and training potential CDL drivers and conducts various maintenance tasks, including operating the street sweeper, duct control operations, and material pickups. Proudest Moment at HCG: “I think my proudest moments are when I can teach some of the guys at HCG to drive a tractor and assist them with getting their CDL.” What He Enjoys Most About His Job: “What I enjoy the most is that my supervisor allows me to be flexible to help others and to do different tasks.” Advice to New Team Members: “To be able to learn, give 100%, be a team player, and be safe because it will pay off in the future.” Outside of Work: Sammy enjoys sports, coaching, and spending time with his kids. Being outdoors and camping is his favorite vacation activity.
