  The days may be long, but the years go quickly! We are thrilled to honor Residence Inn Lancaster General Manager, Jeremy Geib, for his incredible 20 years of dedicated service at High Hotels! His journey started as Assistant General Manager (AGM) of the Hampton Inn in Lancaster, PA. Jeremy was then promoted to AGM and then General Manager (GM) at the Courtyard by Marriott in Lancaster, before his most recent position as GM of the Residence Inn, a property he opened in 2019. Over the past two decades, Jeremy has not only been a pillar of High Hotels but has also made significant contributions to the broader hospitality community including; PRLA Board Member: Served on the Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association Board for approximately 10 years, including 2 years as Chapter President. GLHMA Involvement: Active member for many years, and Board Treasurer of the Greater Lancaster Hotel Motel Association, of Discover Lancaster, for 2 years. Marriott Excellence: Under his leadership as a Marriott hotel manager, his team earned Marriott International Platinum, Gold, or Silver Circle Awards every year. High Coworkers Activity Committee: A committed member for 10 years, fostering a vibrant workplace culture.Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 Job Training Partnership: Championed and continues to spearhead this impactful initiative. Community Service: Jeremy volunteers annually with the Lower Susquehanna Synod Lutheran Disaster Response Network, and has aided communities in Ashville, NC, Houston, TX, and Sandy Hook, NJ just to name a few. Jeremy's commitment to the High Philosophy of Building Trustworthy Relationships and Being Innovative Leaders is exemplified by his unwavering dedication, support to his team, and community spirit.
