💡EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT OF THE MONTH! 💡 Meet Lindsey! Lindsey joined the Hop Valley team as Quality Manager in July of 2023 and immediately flourished in the role. 🔬 At Oregon State University, Lindsey researched the effects of on-hop-farm practices and hop drying on hop chemistry and aroma quality 🧬 In just one year, she has implemented several processes and quality checks that help us to make sure we produce the best beer possible 👏💚 With 10+ published papers to her credit, Lindsey brings an incredible scientific mind and a wealth of industry knowledge to our team. 👩🔬 In her free time, Lindsey is an outdoor enthusiast with intent on visiting all 63 of the US National Parks, ( 21 and counting!) and is a sucker for bad Christmas movies! 🫶 Thank you, Lindsey for your passion in science and cheers to #womeninbeer 🍻
EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT OF THE MONTH 💡 Meet Jeff! Jeff is our boots on the ground Off Premise Retail Account Manger and you can find him at any grocery store across the Eugene/Springfield area slinging cases of brews and taking names. Jeff “retired” back in February of 2023 after 39 years with Columbia Distributing and he missed beer so much that he came back May 1st 2023 to be at Hop Valley! When not creating the most immaculate displays, Jeff plays guitar, listens to music, hikes, and is Papa J to five grandkids. Thank you Jeff for joining the Hop Squad!!

Their journey began with a deep-rooted appreciation for local arts and music culture, reflected in their earliest beers named after iconic musicians. As they grown, so has their commitment to supporting Eugene's vibrant arts community. From sponsoring the Oregon Bach Festival to collaborating with the New Zone Gallery, they've continuously championed artists and groups throughout their 15-year history. In recent years, Hop Valley has become a beacon for creativity in the historic Whiteaker neighborhood. EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT OF THE MONTH! Chelsea C. just wrapped up a successful Grilled Cheese Experience month as Hop Valley Springfield’s Sous-Chef and she absolutely CRUSHED it, assisting in executing a new sandwich every day! Chelsea is a go-getting rockstar and just joined the Hop Squad a year and a half ago. In her spare time, Chelsea loves to hike, play video games, and read! Her favorite dish is her grandmother’s Roasted Pork Chops and her favorite beer is Charmin Swine. Cheers to you, Chelsea!
Hop Valley Employee Spotlight Of The Month! Jim V. has yet to hit his first year at Hop Valley and is already a star! Jim is responsible for loading and unloading trucks at the brewery as well as operating the transfer tractor trailer between the brewery and off-site warehouse. Jim is a self starter and always willing to help in other areas throughout the company. He leads by example with an accident free work history and no missed days to date. In his spare time, Jim enjoys riding his bike, camping, fishing and coastal drives. He also happens to be a huge pinball aficionado with his very own pinball machine collection. It’s great having you apart of the Hop Squad, Jim and we appreciate all of your hard work!!
