DMD is elated to present the Central State Request for Proposals, calling for teams that match our vision for creative and adaptive reuse of the Powerhouse, Storehouse and ~7-acres of adjacent land located on the Central State Campus. We're looking for partners focused on community collaboration and are considerate of rehabilitation and reuse of buildings that are architecturally and historically significant to the Near Westside. *NEW DATE* - Proposals are due by January 31, 2025.
