We are an employee benefits consulting firm who implements creative solutions and strategies to maximize the value of our clients' benefit offerings. The days of the spreadsheet broker are long gone. The past several years have dictated that we become the Swiss army knife of consultants: not only knowing the ins and outs of benefits, but being able to fully integrate that knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of legislation, taxes and subsidies. Our team are true learners and excellent communicators.

🌟 Recapping an Incredible Day at Intrepid University, Class of 2024 🌟 We had a fantastic time last week in Denver at our annual Intrepid Colorado client event, diving deep into HR, healthcare funding, and retirement planning. We learned so much! A special shoutout to our speakers: - John Bartley shared practical considerations for navigating Colorado’s FAMLI program, PTO policies, and remote work challenges. - 🎙Spencer Smith, CSFS® discussed the various ways to finance employer-provided healthcare. - Olivia Ash, Esq., MS reviewed employer fiduciary duties and how to stay compliant with ERISA and CAA updates. - Kristen Deevy, C(k)P reported back from Capitol Hill on proposed legislative changes and trends in retirement plans. - Dean Savoca, M.Ed, BCC, CSP highlighted the eight attributes of successful leaders and guided us through creating a "Wheel of Influence" to support our professional development and leadership growth.
