As an agency of the Kentucky Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet, the Kentucky Heritage Council serves as the State Historic Preservation Office, dedicated to the identification, protection, and preservation of Kentucky's rich heritage. Commission, Kentucky Native American Heritage Commission and Kentucky Military Heritage Commission.
