  The latest in KETTLER research finds a new opportunity for investors in middle-income rental housing. The rise of Gen Z renters, scarce supply for affordable housing, and the increased cost of home ownership are shifting the multifamily landscape once again, making this sector a compelling investment that promises higher and more stable returns; importantly it also provides capital an opportunity to have a positive social impact by preserving affordable housing options. “We think the risks in workforce rental housing are skewed to the upside. Demographics are driving long-term demand, there are no quick fixes to supply and home ownership affordability issues, and there is a compelling basis play in existing assets. A value-add approach focused on preservation and improvement should be a winning investment strategy, and one that KETTLER is uniquely positioned to execute,” says Luke Davis, KETTLER's Chief Investment Officer.   🚨New Hire Alert! We are thrilled to announce that Allie Matthews has joined the KETTLER Marketing team as a Senior Regional Marketing Manager. Prior to joining our team, Allie was a Director of Marketing and CRM at Chasen Companies for 3 years. She spearheaded growth-focused strategies for a portfolio of 40+ assets, and implemented the company's CRM tool, Hubspot, to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision making. She also managed partner relationships, oversaw a marketing team, and was a strategic leader in her department. In her role as Sr. Regional Marketing Manager with KETTLER, Allie will develop and manage the digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of 20+ assets in the DMV region. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, Allie will draw on her experience to support the existing team with marketing strategy, as well as find areas to drive efficiencies in the KETTLER Marketing Department.
