LaTerra & The Carlyle Group leased 40 units in October at our workforce housing project in Perris, CA. No competing lease-ups within a 10 mile radius and only 2 within a 20 mile radius. We were a first mover in the submarket! - Open the utility closet door at The Louise, and find a speakeasy:

Exciting news! LaTerra adds a new pillar to its residential platform: Buying existing multifamily assets for less than replacement cost. Through our deep relationships, we’re seeing generational buying opportunities. We’re now taking investments from accredited investors.
