It takes close collaboration with various members of a hiring team to carry a football from start to finish and achieve the best possible results for the company. But, in many companies, recruiters are the ones in the driver's seat. In our TGTHR survey, we found that in 57% of organizations, it's the recruiter who owns the hiring process versus the hiring manager.
