Be a flu fighter! Visit Genoa Pharmacy at our 1045 James Street location on Mondays and Thursday, 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 4pm. Per CDC guidance, everyone 6 months and older should get a flu vaccine every season with rare exceptions. Flu vaccination has important benefits. It can reduce flu illnesses, visits to doctor's offices, and missed work and school due to flu, as well as make symptoms less severe and reduce flu-related hospitalizations and deaths in people who get vaccinated but still get sick. We were proud to be represented at the Association for Community Living, Inc.'s #ACLAIMH45 conference by multiple Liberty staff members, including Lisa Nichols, who presented on behalf of our SOS program! The SOS program provides intensive outreach, engagement and services to individuals living with mental illness who are unhoused and unsheltered. This year's ACLAIMH theme is "Meeting the Defining Challenge of our Time," which is certainly a theme that resonates with everyone here at Liberty. We are so grateful to be included among the attendees at this important conference for mental health services #aclaimh
