Happy belated 100th Birthday to David Thompson, resident at Life Care Center of Ooltewah! David celebrated his major milestone with friends, family, church family, Life Care staff, and even former coworkers. And he was presented a centenarian award on behalf of Governor Bill Lee and the state of Tennessee! #Centenarian
