We’re bringing a cutting-edge communications infrastructure campus to South Dallas in partnership with Gigabit Fiber and Tradition Holdings. The facility will deliver more than 800,000 sq. ft. of data center and tech space, and up to 540 megawatts of total power. It will be designed to support cloud computing, AI and high-capacity, low-latency optical networks, serving as a central hub of connectivity within the submarket. We’re thrilled to announce that Lincoln was selected by the Cleveland Browns as their development partner for a 176-acre mixed-use entertainment district in Brook Park, Ohio! Located next to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, the development will be anchored by a new 67,000-seat enclosed stadium, hosting home games for the Browns in addition to multiple concerts, major sports tournaments and various events year-round. The new district is expected to generate $1.2 billion annually and create more than 3,300 permanent jobs for the region, cementing Northeast Ohio as a world-class entertainment destination. Phase One, expected to be complete in 2029, will include the stadium, 450 hotel rooms, 575 apartments and 233,000+ sq. ft. of traditional/experiential retail.
