Last week, we joined leaders at the Behavioral Health Tech Conference in Phoenix, connecting on the future of workforce mental health and sharing insights on transformative care. 🧠 🚀 ⭐ Our VIP dinner at Wrigley Mansion brought together a community of workplace professionals, sparking meaningful conversations on mental health innovation. We were thrilled to have Paul Wilson from BenefitsPRO as our moderator for both panels, guiding discussions on global mental health strategies with insights from Zoom, Salesforce, and WTW, and supporting youth mental health with experts from Google, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Integrated Benefits Institute. These conversations underscored the need for mental health strategies that prioritize employees and families. Together, we're building the future of mental health in the workplace, and this event was another step forward. #BHT2024 - New data from Economist Impact underscores a vital shift: it’s not just about offering mental health resources—it’s about offering resources that align with employee needs. 🌍 What do employees want? 🧠 Onsite counseling services (54%) 🧠 Virtual wellness programs (45%) 🧠 Access to virtual counseling (42%) Is your mental health strategy designed to truly connect? Slowly and gently breathe out through your nose for 6 counts. 4. Repeat for 5 full breath cycles. 5. Notice how you feel. With a longer, slower exhale, this technique activates your body’s “rest and digest” mode, helping you reset and find calm. 🌬️
