Of all the things a company measures, brand is one of the trickiest. It's also one of the most important metrics to measure because it tracks the nature of customer relationships and is foundational to brand strategy, which in turn is a vital component of the business strategy. Because unlike most financial, transactional, and operational metrics, brand measurement is notoriously difficult to pin down, many measurement providers have crafted unique and creative analytical frameworks to help companies measure and manage brands and fuel business strategy. In my new Forrester report, we've compiled a landscape of the best brand measurement and consulting services providers.
