Powered by My Contribution - our programme for employee led business change - our Big AI Challenge brought together seventy brilliant minds from both Balfour Beatty and Microsoft to tackle six of our biggest business challenges. 🚀 The winning concepts included an AI-driven tool to automatically generate inspection & test plans, to reduce human error and save valuable time and a solution for optimising highways repair scheduling, that could boost productivity by 20%, reduce carbon emissions, and improve road space utilisation. 🔥 The energy in the room was electric, and the results were nothing short of groundbreaking for the industry.
