About us
Since 1948, the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance has strengthened the social sector by developing a well-prepared and talented workforce. The Nonprofit Leadership Alliance's flagship programs, the Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP) credential and Leaderosity, work to strengthen social-impact organizations from the inside out by providing cost-effective talent development solutions. The CNP credential is the only nationally recognized credential in nonprofit management that recognizes learning and real world experience. The CNP can be earned at the undergraduate and graduate levels through the Alliance's network of campus partners, and through a completely online 6-month program geared toward working professionals. The CNP leadership development program provides social-impact leaders with the foundational knowledge and experiences critical for nonprofit career success. The Nonprofit Leadership Alliance was founded over 70 years ago as American Humanics and has now credentialed over 11,400 CNPs. Independent research conducted in 2014 by LinkedIn shows that CNPs are seven times more likely to reach a leadership position in a nonprofit organization. To learn more about the CNP credential, visit https://nla1.org/cnp/. Leaderosity is an online learning platform with a goal of democratizing leadership training. Leaderosity allows organizations to house their own training for staff and volunteers, to host virtual events, and build online communities on a branded online platform, providing them with better results at a smaller financial investment. To learn more about Leaderosity's full suite of services, visit https://www.nla1.org/leaderosity/ As a 501c3 organization, the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance pursues our mission with a commitment to ethical and transparent operations. As an organization preparing the next generation of nonprofit leaders, we strive to demonstrate the best practices of the sector. Learn more about the Alliance at https://nla1.org

I'm incredibly excited to announce that Amiee Sadler, MSW, CNP will be the next executive director of Miriam's Promise! She is the empathetic, inclusive and forward-looking leader we need to take this organization to the next level. And great news: She will be at the Cooper Challenge on Sept. 27 to start meeting the Miriam's Promise community! Golfer or no, register and join us for a fun Friday morning on the course. https://lnkd.in/ecr6mepBCan't congratulate Amiee without also thanking Dietz Osborne for his many years of service to the organization. As leader, he helped us navigate a very difficult five years with COVID, declining birth rates and the end of reproductive rights in Tennessee. The mark he left on Miriam's Promise will endure for the life of our organization. Thank you, Dietz. - Meet Certified Nonprofit Professional, Courtney H., CNP, Food Pantry Administrative Assistant, Yad Ezra! #CNPsinAction"Eager to expand my knowledge and skills, I enrolled in the CNP program. As I progressed through, I felt my expertise growing alongside my confidence. The program's practical approach and networking opportunities allowed me to refine my skills and build valuable connections within the nonprofit community. By the program's conclusion, I emerged with enhanced expertise and a clear sense of purpose!" https://lnkd.in/ez4Xt_aS
