Five of our North Suburban care team members just returned from a Project C.U.R.E. medical humanitarian trip to Paraguay. During their visit, the team focused on providing primary acute care and cervical cancer screenings. Thank you to Renee Amdahl, trauma nurse lead; Cindy Long, MD, OB/GYN; Jenna Madsen, DO, OB/GYN; Courtney Perez, certified nurse-midwife; and Karen Ross, physical therapist for sharing your medical knowledge and much-needed care to such an underserved area of the world!
