Southern California’s Commercial Refresh and TI Experts We make properties new again. Backed by over four decades of construction experience, Omnia Pacific Construction breathes new life and value into commercial properties with innovative services that renovate and modernize projects. In the 1970s and ’80s, our leadership team helped reinvent Southern California’s shopping center industry, building hundreds of compact neighborhood retail centers across the West. Today, under the Omnia Pacific banner, we’re updating and increasing the value of those and other properties. Omnia Pacific’s team has built more than 300 shopping centers and supervised countless commercial projects, including TI, new façades, vanilla shells, industrial space upgrades, exterior painting, and ADA retrofits that welcome new customers (and help businesses avoid access lawsuits and fines).
