Finding the right talent through conventional methods is expensive, time consuming, and downright inefficient - and often leads to the wrong person being hired to fill the void.   We are gearing up to go help out the folks in Western North Carolina. People in Appalachia are hurting with an unreal number of people still without water, food, and the necessary other things they need to survive. These very small communities in the mountains do not have the infrastructure, comms, or attention they need. Larger communities are receiving lots of help but distribution takes time. Joe Solinger and I are taking up a trailer with food and supplies to provide assistance. The plan is to link up with Mitchel Bush outside of Bat Cave, NC and get supplies directly to the folks that need them. We'll know more about exactly what is needed in the coming days but if you feel compelled to help, reach out to me directly. Update: We’ve established a Venmo: @onedegreeag
