"Savannah’s manufacturing expansion is poised to lift up all property types, from housing to hospitality. 'It’s definitely a multiplier effect,' said Steve Triolet, Senior Vice President of Research and Market Forecasting for Partners Real Estate. Triolet drew a comparison to Tesla’s gigafactory in Austin, Texas, which employs more than 20,000 workers. Company representatives said last year the factory supported more than $2.1 billion in sales activity in the county, including its own operations and extended supply chain. Bolstering the industrial demand is the growth of the Port of Savannah. In fiscal year 2023, the port handled a record 5.8 million TEUs (twenty-foot equivalent units), a nearly 5% increase over the previous year, according to Partners." Partners Capital is pleased to announce the successful disposition of Trails at 620, a prominent retail property in Austin, Texas. The property, located at 8300 N FM 620, spans 69,037 square feet across seven buildings on 15.42 acres. Partners Capital acquired the asset in October 2020. “Trails at 620 was a key asset for Fund III, offering the potential for significant value creation through strategic management and leasing,” said Kelli Walter, Partner – Asset Management. “Our team did an excellent job creating and executing a comprehensive business plan that included the coordination of two separate condo associations and the completion of several key capital projects.
