Dedicated members of our team at our StudioRes by Marriott property in Fort Myers, Florida, are excited to be nearing the completion of Marriott’s first extended-stay hotel. Thanks to our talented team's hard work and commitment, we’ve made tremendous progress on this project. Members of our Path Construction team are hitting key milestones at 1237 N California in Humboldt Park in Chicago. In the week, we’ll be topping out the stair and elevator cores, marking a significant step forward. Following that, we’ll dive into podium slab decking and rebar work, bringing us closer to the next construction phase.
