Black River Produce, one of our Performance Foodservice locations, partnered with Dream Maker Bakers for Rutland, Vermont’s 3rd Annual Whoopie Pie Festival. They broke the world record with a massive 1,187-pound whoopie pie, surpassing the previous 1,106-pound title. Black River Produce managed the challenging transportation, where one wrong turn, harsh brake, or big bump could have spelled “game over.” Over 7,500 attendees witnessed and tasted this feat. Black River looks forward to collaborating with Megan's team next year.#ProudToBePFG
