- Does supervision make you feel... stressed? 😅🫣 Keep reading for tips to handle it like a pro! Our PBS Ethics Committee shares how supervisors and supervisees can foster a productive and collaborative relationship together. Supervision is a vital component of growth in ABA. As supervisors, it's important to create a supervision session that is both individualized and supportive for behavior assistants, RBTs, and student analysts. As providers, it's important to advocate for yourself during supervision and ensure you're receiving all you need to be the best support system for your clients. Supervision can be intimidating for new behaviors and new providers, however by working together with effective communication, supervision can be less overwhelming and more empowering for everyone.
