PowerGrid Services provides services to the utility sector and beyond. The owners and management team of PowerGrid have been in the industry for over thirty years and have established values which focus on cultivating relationships that benefit our customers, our employees and our company. Honesty, Integrity, Accountability, Respect, Hard Work, and most significantly, Safe Work Practices encompass the constitution of our organization… This is PowerGrid. PowerGrid Services was founded by Beth and Quentin Gillette. Their careers have collectively spanned nearly sixty years in the Utility Industry. Since the 1980’s they have built multiple respective companies from the ground up. In the early days Beth served as a Digger Derrick Operator, Ground-Person, and CEO while Quentin performed duties as Chipper Truck Operator, Lineman, Foreman, Superintendent, and President. These humble beginnings forged a foundation for success as their companies grew to over five-hundred (500) employees and acquired the most coveted customer base in the region. PowerGrid Services will work purposefully to exceed your expectations while also legitimately fulfilling your Diversity Spend Goals. In today’s climate safe work, value, and diversity inclusion are at the forefront of the Utility Industry. PowerGrid companies recently teamed up with Oklahoma City-based Swadley’s Emergency Relief Team (S.E.R.T.), to assist those devastated by Hurricane Helene. Our teams came together to provide meals and comfort for the residents of Lake Lure and Chimney Rock, NC, and the first responders working tirelessly in recovery efforts throughout this area. Over 500 meals were prepared on-site and served daily from 10/10 – 10/13, totaling approximately 2000 hot meals. Also, on Monday, 10/14 our teams were blessed to be able to provide another 500 lunches to children returning to school for the first time since the hurricane impacted the area. PowerGrid couldn’t do this without the support of the community and local officials. We would like to thank the following: Miss Lou, WCAB 100.9 radio Miss Cara, Lured Market Rich and Kimberly, Grafton Lodge And a special thanks to Sherrif Aaron Elenberg of the Rutherford County Sheriff’s Department. This has been one of the most challenging, yet rewarding and humbling experiences our team has had the honor of being associated with. The entire PowerGrid family is truly grateful for the opportunity to serve this community. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

We are honored to restore power to the communities effected by Hurricane Helene and we wanted to extend our gratitude to those who take the time to write us about our hardworking crews in their areas. Kudos to all of our amazing crews who sacrifice and work so hard to restore power. The review went on to say that "My father was a lineman and worked his 30 year career on the lines of the entire west coast from Prudhoe Bay Alaska to San Diago, CA before finishing his last 10 years in the trade as an engineer designing systems. I informed him of the process you all went through and explained to him your teams actions of repairing our line (Sending him pics of course) and myself observing the after action safety review he stated: 'Ya, they know what their doing' That’s a huge compliment from him. He being in the trade 40 years , these old timers don’t give compliments, but he did for your crew! "
