As we celebrate National APP Week, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank our incredible advanced practice providers for the essential role they play in delivering care, supporting education and driving healthcare forward. At Prisma Health, APPs are a vital part of our team, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for patients across South Carolina. "Healthcare is a team sport," said Patrice M. Weiss, M.D., Chief Medical and Academic Officer. "Our APP colleagues are integral to patient care, patient access and outcomes.
