You’re stressed about creating and executing a Sales Strategy with limited resources. We've helped many companies develop a powerful Go-To-Market and Sales Strategy and operationalize tactical rollout to accelerate the adoption of a new offering. A leading CTV measurement platform, needed to identify key CTV publishers to ensure that its advertiser clients had access to the broadest CTV measurement footprint. We evaluated and optimized our customer’s GTM materials and ranked potential CTV publishers based on size and growth. Leveraging our network of key decision-makers, we emphasized the importance of certification to support their revenue trajectory. Additionally, we facilitated communication between the publishers and our client’s engineering team to ensure seamless collaboration. This approach ensured a smooth and efficient certification process. As a result, we achieved a 1:1 conversion rate from initial interest to certification, significantly expanding the network of certified publishers and creating a streamlined process for future certifications.
