It's a chance to represent my culture, as well as acknowledge the great Hispanic leaders and game-changers who have pushed us forward through their dedication and hardwork. It's a time to shine a light on who we are and what we stand for. What’s your favorite cultural tradition? My favorite cultural tradition is called Cevichadas. It's a time where our family gets together to prepare a traditional Peruvian seafood dish called ceviche while we share stories and recipes, and spend time together eating and celebrating our culture. In what ways do you feel we foster diversity and inclusion at Realtor.com? I've always felt like I was part of the culture here. Regardless of your background or heritage, everyone is seen and valued, and we work together to reach common goals.
