In the final phases of completion, The Richmond Apartments is a prominent new multifamily community in Millcreek. The building has five levels of residential living with three levels of parking. The complex is 326,768 Sq. Ft., 328 units available in studio, one, and two-bedroom floor plans. Amenities consist of a two-story fitness center, resort-style pool/spa, rooftop lounge, bike storage and repair and dog wash.
Now open in a revitalized area of Sugarhouse is a Great Harvest Bakery & Café. The 2,907 sq. ft. retail space was completed by Rimrock Solution.

The Rimrock 2024 Economic Summit featured breakfast and an informative panel discussion with Phil Dean, a chief economist from the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute, Johnny Clawson, president and CEO of The Clawson Group and Mark Hampton bringing 40 years of construction experience and a co-founder of Rimrock.
